1) Membership in the Brown & Hopkins Country Store Bonus Club costs just $2.00 and includes one punchable key tag, which entitles you to $25 in free merchandise
upon completion of all punches. We will punch ONE $10 right away - just for joining!!! And a second $10 on your next visit! These are noted as the circled $10 items. We ask that
you put your key tag where you feel you will be able to find it easily...on your key ring, or in your purse.
2) You will receive punches for all regular priced merchandise
that you buy (totaling at least $10) -- excluding penny candy purchases, antiques and consignment items. Individual furniture, and lighting priced at
over $100 per item are also excluded.. Sales tax, discounted items and previous purchases are also excluded. Key tags may not be used during a sale.
3) Occasionally we offer
STORE WIDE SALES with 15% off, and allow key tags to be punched. You will be notified via email in this circumstance. In this case, punches will be earned on the amount after discount or coupons.
4) It is your responsibility to present your key tag at the time of purchase. It's no problem if you forget your key tag; we will be happy to stamp the back of your receipt. You will have 30 days to come back to
receive punches for that purchase. Just present your stamped receipt and your key tag.
5) If a purchase completes a key tag, and leaves you with a balance of points, we will ask if you would like to
renew your membership for $1. If so, we will then punch your additional points on a new key tag. Your completed key tag may be redeemed for another purchase that day or saved for a future purchase.
6) Completed key tags may be redeemed for regular priced merchandise at any time - no expiration date! All
you need to do is present your key tag to the cashier when you have finished shopping and we will deduct $25 off your total (sales tax cannot be paid with the key tag) for each completed key tag redeemed. No partial or
cash redemptions. Must be used in full at time of redemption or forfeit the difference. You may redeem as many completed tags at one time as you wish. Key Tags may not be redeemed for clearance items, candy, gift
certificates or antiques.
7) When you redeem your tag, we will ask that your last name and phone number be completed so we may notify you if you win one of the gift certificate drawings!
8) Upon completion of your key tag, your completed key tag will be placed in the next drawing for a chance to win a Brown & Hopkins gift certificate.
Enter as many completed key tags as you wish! Each completed key tag increases your odds of winning! There are several drawings held thruout the year. We will hold a $50
drawing on February 14th, Mother's Day, 4th of July, and the day before Thanksgiving. Our grand prize drawing of three $100 gift certificates will be held on December 24th. If you are not a winner of a $50 gift
certificate, then your tag will be placed into the next drawing. The more tags you redeem, the better your chances of winning! After the drawing on the 24th of December all tags in the jar will be discarded and we
start the process again. All winners will be notified by telephone.
9) In the event you need to return an item that you purchased and received punches on your key tag for, you
will receive a merchandise credit for the amount of the return. Punches will not be earned on items bought with a merchandise credit since you already received credit when you first made the purchase.
10) Your key tag is non transferable and cannot be replaced if lost.
